International artiste, Capleton, whose given name is Clifton Bailey, is now in police custody accused of rape. He was taken into custody last night in the company of his attorney Christopher Townsend. He was questioned by detectives from the Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) at the Half Way Tree Police Station.

So the artist faced the judge today in Kingston, Jamaica and he was granted bail @ $250,000, no word as yet on when he is supposed to return to court.
