CCTV footage that reveals the precise moment that Paul Walker's Porsche Carrera GT careered into a tree and burst into a flames has been released - as one witness claimed that the crash was an accident not a drag race.

Accident investigators 'have received eyewitness statements that the car involved was travelling alone at a high rate of speed' the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said in a written statement on Monday. 'No eyewitness has contacted the [department] to say there was a second vehicle. But after Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station traffic investigators ruled out a second vehicle at the crash the probe will now center on the speed of the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, driven by Paul's racing team partner and friend Roger.

Indeed, as a security tape put up on TMZ shows the massive fiery moment of impact - and the website reports: 'There appears to be no other cars either immediately in front of or behind the Porsche at the time of the crashOne email referred to the accident rate for the rare model that Walker was riding in when the car spun out of control, hit three trees and burst into flames. The Nov. 30, 2013 crash killed Walker and the driver, Roger Rodas.

"As many as 200 of the 1,200 Carrera GTs which Porsche produced had been 'totaled' in the first two years it was sold (2004-2006)," a statistic the author blithely noted while relaying the news that a body shop employee had crashed another vehicle into a telephone pole.

"Another Carrera GT bites the dust," he wrote. "Looks like he was going more than 30 (mph) to me!" He went on to ask if the numbers were correct because if so, it would be "great news to the remaining owners as the GT becomes more rare Meadow Walker has decided after the tragic accident of her father, Paul, to sue Porsche claiming that he was trapped in a burning car due to badly made safety belts.

ABC News says Porsche decided to deal with Meadow Walker, daughter of Paula Walker, who was killed in a tragic accident in 2013 . Remember, he was on the passenger seat of the Carrera GT, whose driver, or his good friend, Rodger Rodas, lost control of the car and struck the light column and the tree before he was lit. Meadow Walker has decided to sue Porsche claiming that due to poorly made safety belts Paul remained trappedin a burning car. This was evidenced by the fact that her father was alive more than a minute after the stroke, and because of the inability to leave he had no chance of planning the car. Although Porsche dismissed these charges, they seem to have decided that they have had enough litigation before the courts and decided to deal with Meadow Walker . The amount of compensation decided to keep secret .Porsche and daughter Paula Walker found a common language even though it seemed to be difficult to negotiate.Namely, Meadow Walker claimed her father was burning. Namely, Paul remained in his car in the seat, and apparently his belt was clenched and cracked his ribs and pelvis For two years, Porsche has claimed that Paul Walker is guilty of his death, but his daughter claimed that the accident would not have been the case for the accident.358731.jpg32E0381100000578-0-image-m-11_1459888953837.jpg131209998.jpgarticle-2516303-19C0160C00000578-498_964x627-740x431.jpgfile-spain-paul-walker-obit.jpgmaxresdefault (2).jpgpaulwalkercar2.jpgporsche-carrera-gt-paul-walker-2.jpgporsche-claims-paul-walkers-crash-was-the-drivers-fault-93977_1.jpgporsche-wrack.jpgtumblr_inline_nxywxsUzVb1td0hds_1280.jpgUNILAD-walkercrash358031.jpgusa-paulwalker.jpg
