The first component of the car engine is in the car engine and is located in the cylinder block at the top, which you can see immediately when you open the hood. This cylinder head functions for the car engine, namely working as a combustion chamber, intake and exhaust channels, oil circulation, valve mechanism location, water jacket, and spark plug installation place. Generally, this cylinder head is made of two materials, namely cast iron and lightweight aluminum which are able to cool well and are safer from the risk of expansion. In addition, you should also know that this cylinder head has three types and can be used, namely wedge or right triangle, pentroof or isosceles triangle, and hemispheric or parabola. It was mentioned earlier, the piston is also a component of the car engine that supports driving comfort. This component made of strong material works to suck air into the cylinder, then create compression, and convert heat energy into mechanical energy, and push the remaining combustion gas out.

One of the components of the car engine that supports driving comfort is also the cylinder block located under the cylinder head. These two components are connected by several bolts and gaskets. The main function of the cylinder block is as a place for the piston to rise and fall. When the piston works, this component will work to transfer heat energy into mechanical energy. Therefore, the cylinder block is also a major component in a car engine. In addition, this cylinder block also works as a place to direct combustion energy, a place for cooling channels, a place for the crank mechanism, a place for lubricating oil channels, and many more.
