Sayonara Honda Vamos and Welcome Daihatsu WAKE!

Hi, there. I am Kecos, currently living in #Hokkaido, #Japan. I launched this project this time because today is my last day for this #car ( #Honda VAMOS) , and also is becoming a first day of the new one.

I’ve owned this previous one in the past over ten years since almost my only son was just born. You might think of it as being unique shape because it is normally not available overseas.

The millage is over a hundred thousand kilometers.
It’s been giving us wonderful memories till today.

Well, seems we are almost packed. It is about time for our final drive and say good-by to it.

Our land, Hokkaido is just huge. We might as well make the most of this opportunity and enjoy the land with my family.

Sometimes we wanna go far by car, but we are beginning to feel that it overburdens him with such a long drive.
Sadly, it seems that the car is gonna be scraped after we let it go today.

O.K, we are all set. Lastly, we are gonna take pictures for our memories.

These dirt is called Kousa meaning yellow sand from mainland China.

I should have washed it for the final journey.

Oops! Pretty rusty.

Kei car is in other words, #compact car.

Even so, I would say, it is not compact at all.

It is high enough for me to stay within the space.

I wanna remodel the interior a bit, and enjoy more mobile life.
Normally I drive it, but sometimes I wanna reside in it.

Wow! It is still spic-and-span.

LED headlight is amazing.
I can hardly wait to start a life with this car.

This is typically targeted to those who are in interested in Japanese Kei (Compact) Cars. “Kei” is the term of car category, limited up to 660cc displacement for the benefit of tax deduction. Some Kei car drivers enjoy remodeling it for camping in spite of its small size.
