First Solar Car, Maybe Tesla killer ?

These days I found a new model of electric car made by the Germans on the Internet.

It's full of photovoltaic cells on all sides!
The only thing I'm thinking about now is: is it possible to buy electricity in the future?

I'm thinking about this because as now taxes in petrol and diesel are going to get stuck in the current.
