Live with care: The eyes of the LORD are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good. Proverbs 15:3

The Bible in the Book of Proverbs teaches us with some simple thoughts to live with care, because life is not easy and dangers are just around the corner. Many times we think that we are alone in our decisions but it is not so, because God is the supreme judge and before him are the ways of man. And about this truth, the Bible is plenty of examples, according to the sacred texts, in the Book of Genesis, when Cain killed his brother Abel out of envy, Cain tried to hide his sin, but God rebuked him for his behavior and punished him, marking him in the front so that no one would kill him and forcing him to lead a wandering and vagabond life.
This is why the Book of Proverbs teaches us to keep God in mind in all our thoughts, words, and actions: "The eyes of the LORD are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good" Proverb 15:3. Because we must not forget that there are two paths before man and two rewards, and all the teaching of the sapiential books are summed up in this sentence of the Book of Psalms: "For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction" Psalm 1:6.
Many people, in particular those who have given their hearts to foolishness and hardness, tend to forget that God always takes our sins into account; because God is patient and so most of the times the punishment takes time to arrive, and this is the reason of why the destructiveness of many is increased, as the saying teaches: "When the sentence for a crime is not quickly carried out, people's hearts are filled with schemes to do wrong" Ecclesiastes 8:11.
Evil, ultimately, tests the patience of the upright; like Job, a man devoted to God who had to suffer a great trial to be finally blessed. Those who make righteousness their path must submit their decisions to the wisdom of God, and trust in the blessing that edifying decisions bring. And God is there, to give us as a judge the retribution for our actions sooner or later.
