Good night all friends, I feel happy I can come back to share interesting and unique information that might be useful to me personally, and hopefully I can also be useful and useful for all of your friends of Steemian. After a few months I did not take part or contribute here because there were some things I had to do in my real life, this time I came back here to greet all of you in a post that I hope is interesting and also useful for all of you. Well, without extending my acceptance here, I know you must be very tired of reading it, so I will try to explain it to you about the topic I want to discuss this time.

After all this time I have not contributed here due to my busy life in the real world, this time I will try to share information that is slightly different from the previous one, if before I often share information or post about adventures and so on, this time I will try to share information around health that might help all of your friends steemian all in terms of maintaining the health of your body, because health is more important than everything, if our body is not healthy, then we cannot do activities such as work, worship even to visit our relatives can not do it because of our health which makes all these activities hampered.

Health is the main capital that must be possessed by everyone in supporting their daily activities, both as office workers, entrepreneurs and in their household activities. When the condition of our immune system is decreasing, then the disease will also easily attack our body which causes us to fall ill. People who are afflicted with the disease cause their daily activities to be disrupted, thus affecting their household income level. So important is the meaning of health that we are required to always maintain the health of our bodies to avoid various kinds of diseases, both mild and severe. Health is one of the important factors to be able to do all daily activities, therefore we must not ignore the health of our bodies. Many people have a variety of health complaints due to not caring for their body health, be it mild complaints to complaints such as diabetes, heart disease, digestive problems to obesity which is now a polemic among women.

For them, gaining weight becomes a problem in terms of beauty, many of them want an ideal body weight to support their career, beauty and romance. In order to get a slim and ideal body, they also want to do anything like an instant diet and there are also those who do liposuction surgery to get the ideal body. Actually, many things can still be done to maintain a healthy body without performing surgery, such as regular exercise, consuming nutritious foods, consuming fruits regularly, having adequate rest, increasing drinking water and vitamins. By consuming healthy and nutritious foods, our bodies will not be susceptible to viruses and also avoid all kinds of diseases.

From some above, we can conclude that in order to maintain the health of our body we need self-awareness through the habits of implementing a healthy lifestyle as explained above so that we can take preventive measures to come to the danger of diseases that will attack our bodies.
