Hello my wonderful steemians and family

It is another day to be grateful for life, to show love and be loved.

Monday mornings in Lagos Nigeria is usually hectic going to work, as the rush has started for a new week of hyper activities with buzzling and rumbling of people and activities.

My weekend was quiet though, I did not go out except for Church yesterday.

I am preparing to make a visit to the ophanages this month to mark the Children's day celebration, May 27th in Nigeria.

It is time to show love to our future generations that are indigent in our society. We can't just turn a blind eye to their plight and needs.

The government and the system or economy may not favour them and bring hope to these ones, but you and I can put smiles on their faces. They might not even know if children are being celebrated in our country.

Let us take the joy to them and say we remember you, we care for you and we have come to show you some love.

The items given is not all that these children need, but a sense of belonging in a world filled with cruelty.

Everyone needs love let alone a child that grew up without the love and care of their father and mother. They need more love and support to let them know they can aswell dream.

Let us give hope to the hopeless in our society and make than dream again for a brighter future.

Dream to become anything in life. That future they desire is still within their grasp and they should never let that picture of hope die. Keep their hopes alive with a smile to say I care.

To let them see that there are still good and wonderful people in Nigeria and all around the world to look up to and be inspired to become great.

Who would take this gospel to these kids? I say it is you and I.

You really do not have to be there physically, your love and support can reach them in various ways. The world is waiting for your impact in words, in love, in cash or otherwise.

Remember the case of a child rescued by a lady, whose parents had left to die. It was such interventions and support we want to give in our own way.
