This post is simply a commitment to try out the popular carnivore, meat only diet for 30 days.
I first heard about it on Joe Rogan's podcast with Jordan Peterson, which took me to Mikhaila Peterson's blog, and I have since come across Dr. Shawn Baker, and many others.
I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis auto-immune disease, and am on chronic medication for it.
I want to test whether I have more energy, feel, and look healthier after this test. I'm going to try to do daily updates.
I will probably only be starting next week, as I need pay day to come first, and to finish the groceries I currently have in my fridge.
I will post pics of my food, some of my findings, and, potentially at the end, before and after body pics, (although I'm not sure I'll have the confidence!)
I'd appreciate any and all encouragement and stories along the way.
