I've always been what you would call skinny fat. I wasn't fat and generally was underweight but I always had a weird layer of fat everywhere. That's basically disappeared as a carnivore and I don't really work to have the stomach I do, beyond intermittent yoga and being active in general. I'm certainly not doing crunches or ab specific workouts!
Considering the amount of fat I eat every day if you followed conventional diet guidelines I should be obese.... Yet I look like this 🤷♂️
