Grass Fed Ribeye

We paid 160 pesos a kilo for this whole piece, technically a rib eye roast ready to slice into steaks. Easily one of the best grass fed rib eyes we've come across at the market, more fat than usual! This hunk was less than three kilos but I forget the specific weight.
