While the seasonings on the goat meet were technically against the diet, this was still technically a carnivores meal despite being from a local taco joint at the central market, my favorite taco joint to be specific. They usually just serve the meat and broth and tortillas separately, which made it easy for us to say, "sin tortillas" without making trouble.
It was seriously so satisfying, I want more thinking about it.
