Carrot halwa with khoya carrot halwa without milk in english

Hello friends, today we have made Carrot ka halwa which is considered a
very famous dessert in our food..
Today I made Gajar ka halwa for my mom.

She likes it very much but she likes without milk,

she does not use milk in carrot halwa and says that make it without milk..

because we people add little milk to taste a little bit but today

I made Without milk, so let's see how to make this carrot halwa without milk.

All the ingredients to make this sweet without milk are available at home.

But one thing we have to bring from outside, which is khoya..

we do not use it daily, whenever we want to make it, we bring..

Will need these ingredients to make halwa
1: Ghee

2: Sugar

3: Khoya

4: Carrot

5: Cashew Almond

6: Pistachio (Pistachio is optional, you can put it or not..)

First of all wash the carrot thoroughly after washing, take out its peel and if necessary wash it one more time..

After washing the carrot, grate it..

We will keep all the things together in one side so that it is very easy for us to cook..

Put the pan on the gas and add ghee according to it.

As soon as the ghee is hot, add chopped cashew nuts,
almonds in turn and light brown. Fry in brown color…

Take it out in a bowl, then add grated carrot to it…

Mnd mix it well and keep it to cook for 5 or 10 minutes on low flame.

Keep checking in between whether our carrot has softened a little or not..

Add khoya and mix them both well,

If we mix in this way then whatever is our khoya will mix well in carrot if we do

like this khoya and sugar mix very well in carrot..

So this is my method as I mix it and

you can do it as per your liking…

After mixing khoya and sugar, mix it well in carrot.

When we mix khoya and sugar in carrots, then a little water will come out,

put that water on the gas to cook it well

after mixing, keep it on low flame to cook for 5 or 10 minutes.

Don't keep in high flame keep in slow flame keep.

Keep checking in between..as soon as 10 minutes is over check once

again whether carrot is softened or not..

Because some people like soft food..

So keep it to cook according to you,

Then add browned cashew nuts and almonds in it, if you want,

mix it other wise and leave it like this after decorating it.

After that turn off the gas, then our Carrot Ka Halwa is ready to eat and serve.
