  1. When searching for a vehicle you should always got to the busy dealerships , they have the highest volume and are able to give a bigger discount at there discretion.

  2. Arriving at the dealership you should always ask for the internet managers and not a 21 year old kid that they just hired last week. Service is a lot faster and the internet department has the best pricing and cheat sheets , unlike the salesman that stand out side.

8.Never forget to ask for the Carfax and vehicle history, Used car . If it was a trade in ask how much they took it in for and can use KELLY BLUE BOOK to check the vehicle trade in pricing.

  1. Never take the first numbers the salesman show you , this is known as the first penicil, and if you do take the deal! you just got slammed! Usually by the 4th or 5th time they have a different number that's when its time to see how much difference it was from the first one. A good deal usually is 12-20 % off MSRP new cars.

  2. If you deal with more than 1 sales person that usually is not a good sign. Try to find trust in your experience salesman so you know your getting the best deal.

  1. For new vehicle always ask for Supplier Pricing. This Price is write on the invoice and is a few hundred dollar more than Employee pricing which would be someone that worked for a dealership. New Vehicle only, Then you get Supplier plus all Factory Rebates and Dealer discounts.

  2. When choosing a car Always drive in every vehicle is different. Used Vehicles always ask if it okay to take for 1 day and get it inspected by your mechanic before you make a purchase. If they don't let you take it something smells fishy, keep on searching.

  3. Don't trust these websites such that have coupons to buy cars. Usually the dealership can do better than the price the websites announce , but people think that's the best deal when in reality its not!

  4. Watch out with the paperwork with the finance guy, you might of got 10,000 off the MSRP of the vehicle but the finance guy just sold you The paint protection for $2000 and extended warranty for $4000 Gap insurance$895. and maybe other products, so your discount you just lost. This is called back end, the front would be the Gross in the vehicle. Beware of what you sign and payment changing or length of term going longer.

  5. Number 1 thing you can do if you feel your not getting the best deal walk away get in your car and act like your leaving and say that another dealership is offer you the same vehicle for lesser price and your leaving.. See if they budge! Happy Car shopping and make sure you do your homework and call the top 3 dealerships in your area and get internet quotes from all 3 compare and happy shopping!!
