First off I want to make it clear this is not in anyway advertising or spreading awareness to any specific company or companies, les Schwab just happens to be the inspiration for this rant but there have been more & more of this elsewhere as well.
Rant time...why does many service industry companies make the proccess of shopping for their services a mess of mystery or complicated figuring?...today I've spent nearly an hour in a local tire shop, that is what les schwab is fyi. After waiting in the waiting area I start wandering around...I've noticed they have almost everything on display except the absolutely most important thing...PRICES!!! everything is missing prices...this to me is not bad by its self but I then went online & there wasnt prices either...I've seen this in other physical service companies do the same...it makes me feel like they could quote anything they want since you cannot cross refrence with a posted price...Honestly if they had the prices posted I would be more likely to buy more than 1 at a time because I gan get my pricing & save before even committing...that would be better...end rant!
