Can you guess what today's featured vehicle is?

Today I have a guessing game for you to tell me what this vehicle is in the photo below :)

Some history to help you out, this micro car was design and built in Melbourne Australia. This vehicle was available to buy from the mid 1950s as the cheapest car available in Australia to buy. Fitted with a 197cc Villiers two stroke petrol engine driving the rear wheel yes that is wheel not wheels via a chain drive. Yep it is a three wheeled car and had no roof though it would have had a windscreen this car is missing it's screen.

They made a four wheeled version a couple of years later and it did not help sales. This car was a commercial failure as very few were sold and is so very rare now. As far as I know this one in the photo is the only one known to have survived though not very well at that.
