I remember years ago there was a car commercial, must have been in the 90's or early 2000's, there was a commercial for a car that ran on water. The commercial had guys in suits basically playing a game of lasertag but with squirt guns. Blasting each other with water from the water guns and leaping around. I wanted to know the name of the car, or the car maker of this supposedly failed project that they were already making commercials for.
