#152 One Day, One Car

in cars •  7 years ago

Today from the Geneva Motor Show of 1966 with the Italian history...

The car? The Lamborghini 400GT 2+2

This model was made in 1967 with 4.0L V12 engine for 320 HP due to its preserved condition and something else this car is a special one...

There was a total production of 247 units between 1966 and 1968.

Did you know?

The car you see here was a car of Paul McCartney... He sold it in 1979.

The price? Was sold on the auction for 100 BTC.

I figured it out.

Oh man I missed this post. My buddy was working on one of these last year. They had to rebuild the engine because the owner had shipped it to NY from Florida with only water and no antifreeze. Engine froze in the cold weather. They are amazing in person. The previous owner of my Aston Martin has one as well20171206_110301.jpg.
