Due to me being on holiday this weeks trivia Tuesday got a bit postponed but here we are finally. This week I have a very special question for you:
How my Beetle´s did Volkwagen sell in the US in the first year it was sold in North America (1949)?
Even if your answer is off by 999 you are still pretty close. Volkswagen officially sold just two Beetle´s in the US in 1949. Eventhough the numbers have spiked up pretty fast after that the Beetle had a pretty rough start.
