Hello guys and welcome to Mattsbeamer.
2001 was a big year for me. It was the time I started my driving lessons back when I was 17. I really enjoyed my driving lessons, I just wish they weren’t so expensive.
I used to do pretty well on my driving lessons, only making a few mistakes. My instructor was very happy with me and said that I should go in for my test.
I did what he said, and booked in a time for my test. I was so nervous but excited. I had learnt to drive in a Suzuki Swift, from 2000, and it bright was red.
A week or two before the test, my instructor quit his job. I was not happy, and began too panic. I had to find another instructor quick.
I found an instructor who was quite old and had a 1995 mk3 Ford fiesta, so it was quite a late variant. It was a diesel and had no power steering, to be honest compared to the swift, it wasn’t nice to drive at all. I hated it.
My new driving instructor took me to where I was having my driving test, which was Tunbridge Wells in England.
As I was leaving this town, I was getting no instructions from my instructor. I didn’t want to look at him, because I was so focused on driving.
After about 5 more minutes I was on the main road home, in silence.... when all of a sudden my instructor began to snore!!!
ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz
It was so loud!!
I couldn’t believe it! My driving instructor fell asleep. Was I that boring, or that good of a driver, that he fell asleep?
I checked behind me and it was clear, so I quickly jabbed the brakes and woke him up.
Let’s just say, I didn’t use that instructor again, and I had to find another one ASAP.....
