Blue or Silver? - R32 GT-R

in cars •  7 years ago

At the end of 2016 I sent my R32 GT-R in for plasti dipping, this is a spray on rubber type coating which was originally formulated to protect the vehicles original paint.

The dip can be peeled off at any time bringing back the car to its original spark silver colour.

I'm contemplating removing the blue dip and sending the car in to have a few paint imperfections fixed.

What do you guys think?

Here's the before and after pictures

Both gorgeous but silver forsure!

Silver looks cool

To be honest, I think I'd go back to the silver. Looks way too cool to me. But I usually prefer the "boring" colors like black/gray/white.

silver That car is too good for plastidip, why not a wrap?

Blue looks more interesting and lively

I like the original paint, but the plastidip looks a bit more different. It’s so great you can just peel it off too!

Blue looks amazing.

I prefer the blue :)

the blue of course !!! blue with silver reminds me of Brian in Fast and Furious . You are so forunate to have this Masterpiece Car in such a good condition , it will worth a fortune in 2030
