Nissan Skyline GTX - Didn't meet reserve

Oldie but goodie?

Last month saw a 70's Nissan Skyline GTX come up for auction with a starting bid of $35,142 fairly high considering this is not the sought after GT-R model but condition is great and mileage is low so I guess the starting price wasn't too much of an ask for a true collector?

Unfortunately for the seller the reserve was not met but the auction saw a high of $42,429

Hopefully this car will be back during the September auctions and sell at a higher price, or perhaps it may go retail and fetch more.

Below are all of the specs and gradings.

What's your take on this? Would you pay this much for a golden oldie? Would you garage it or drive it around?

Nice i like it and thank you for sharing this beautiful post with us and East and West you are the best

I like old classic cars I am not a fan in the aspect of knowing exact year model, but if I like a lot as they are with good care as well as this one that you publish, very good publication I support you with a vote.

Bloody hell thats a neat looking car. Has the reserve to match too!
