Mitsubishi L200 Review Road Test

in cars •  6 years ago  (edited)

This week we have the 2.4 litre turbo diesel auto pickup, the Mitsubishi L200 4 cab Barbarian Edition.

This pick up is capable of pretty much everything you need, great off road and on road and with 430nm of torque, a real beast.

It’s got a 3.5t towing capacity and can carry just over a tonne on the flatbed.

Considering these vehicles are work horses, they’re teched out and luxurious.

The Barbarian comes with auto lights, rain sensing wipers and cruise control.

The driver gets an electric seat, and both fronts are heated.

Comfort is very good, with full leather, and embossed Barbarian stitching throughout with mood lighting.

The exterior is very sporty, with the addition of chrome bars and a rolling top cover, and soft opening tailgate.

With the torquey engine and the simple super select 4x4, off roading modes are easy to engage, meaning your ready for anything.

Mpg is in the low 30s dependant on driving and terrain.

This model retails for around £37,000.

Wish a car like this was affordable in the Netherlands. But taxes makes those type of cars way to expensive! Would make an awesome adventure car this barbarian :D

Yes it’s not ideal for you to get vehicles.

I love pickups but unfortunately in Europe just do not fit by any means and i mean that the space in Europeans cities is somehow unavailable.I had few years ago a Hilux and it was hard the living with this. Nice review guys i ve enjoy it!

They are cool, in looks and driving, yes parking them can be a challenge, the Hi Lux is another great model, thank you
