The British Motor Show Farnborough, a taste of things to come in 2020

You've likely seen I have been posting that The British Motor Show is returning to the UK this time in Farnborough and you probably remember that we went to a press launch and got behind the wheel of some cars .

Well, here is that video it shows Paul Swift yes the son of legendary skilled stunt driver renown for handbraking cars, namely Mini into parkig spaces .

This is going be a major part of the new motor show, a drift car will also be demonstrations featuring a Fiesta ST and who knows what else, because he can handbrake like his father.

Various people hoon round and round an airfield at Farnborough in a BMW, see if you can name the model and spec of the car.

You see skill and lots of smoke billowing off the tires and drifting across and around various cars, they're a couple of near misses, mind you all in the aim of fun.

I don't think that's how some of the guys saw it though, especially the owner of the Maserati.

This is just a taster of what will be coming up when The British Motor Show returns in August 2020 for 4 days.

The show will cover absolutely everything for example if you're between 10 and 17 you can even get behind the wheel of the car with a fully trained instructor and drive on a private circuit.

You can test drive the latest EV, Petrol, Diesel and alternative fuel cars too.

There will be LIVE element, static elements as well as gaming areas, supercars, car club meets, paddocks, they are even encouraging clubs to turn up and bring their cars the day before and just leave them there.

The potential for the return of the British motor show is absolutely phenomenal and this is just the tip of the iceberg we know more and more is coming and we do get regularly updated, as we find out new things about this we will tell you guys, enjoy.
