Porsche release their third GT road approved sports car within a year. The new 911 GT3 RS joins the GT2 RS and GT3 in the line-up.
This is the most powerful flat six produced by Porsche at 520hp. The four-litre naturally aspirated car which red lines at 9000 rpm has been refined further to combine the improved engine to re-calibrated rear wheel steering giving maximum dynamics and precision.
Performance is 0-62 in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 194mph through a 7 speed PDK gearbox.
The car is fitted as standard with 20” lightweight wheels and 265/35 tyres on the front and 21” wheels with 325/30 tyres on the rear.
The car is available with an optional Weissach package which changes these wheels to Magnesium and reduces the weight with other aditions down to 1430kg. A full Clubsport package with roll-over bar, fire extinguisher and battery disconnect switch and six-point harness.
The new 911 GT3 RS is available to order now. It will be launched in Germany from mid-April 2018.
