I was surfing on the web about BMW 3 1.6 2.0 DI model, and i was wondering what does it mean 1.6 in that 2.0 DI. I thought maybe it is second engine in the same car because the first engine blow up haha XD.
But i released that is the same engine 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 diesel. Thad models is the same engine but the power depends on a chip and electronics.
Second thing i released that engine is twinturbo, yes Bmw is famous about twin turbo diesel engines. I have tried once twin turbo diesel engine on bmw i don't know which engine it was but i was absolutely surprised. There wasn't any turbo lag at all, that two turbines works perfectly like Swiss watch.

Here is video from YouTube, one thing that amazed me on Bmw 3 1.6 2.0 DI is that fuel consumption is about 5.3 litre combined :O
We all know about German car industry, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Audi. Every brand has its own core technology, on Audi it is quattro. Bmw core is twin turbo models on diesel versions. They reduced fuel consumption, CO2, and turbo lag. People usually say that diesel engines are boring, because of that turbo lag but in this car this is no problem :D
