2014 Dodge Charger R/T 5.7L V8 Hemi engine 4-door powerful sedan

The Dodge Charger is a model of automobile marketed by Dodge in various forms over seven generations between 1966 and today. The Charger has been built on three different platforms in various sizes. In the United States, the Charger nameplate has been used on subcompact hatchbacks, full-size sedans, muscle cars, and personal luxury coupes. The current version is a four-door sedan.

This is the seventh generation of Dodge Charger cars (2011–present). The seventh generation underwent both exterior and interior changes, taking some styling cues from the 1968–1970 models. It features a completely new body with the most striking changes being the redesigned fascia and hood section, modified "racetrack" vintage-style taillights and a new dashboard.

There's only one place to start, and that's with as much V8-powered Charger as you can afford. Consideration should begin with the R/T, which comes well equipped with essentials (power driver seat, Bluetooth) and luxuries (heated seats) but, more importantly, a 370-horsepower V8 engine.

The Charger R/T, with its 370-hp 5.7-liter V-8 and 395 lb-ft, might have the best power-to-poser ratio of the Charger lineup. It conserves fuel with cylinder deactivation, dumps a ton of rumbly V-8 exhaust sounds into the cabin via its active exhaust system, and cracks off sub-6-second acceleration times without punishing drivers with a stiff-kneed ride.
