Now I 'll tell you how I draw a character from the anime.
1.First I drew it in pencil.
2.Then I looked around the contour black pen.
3.The next step I decked the background usual paint with watercolors.
4.This isalmostall:)
5.There are only a couple of strokes and I finish drawing. 
6.I added some shadows that it seemed more real .
7.The last of my action , I decided to draw a tattoo his character.

This is seriously really cool. I love the shading in the hair and you're seriously killing it with the attention to detail on the tattoo, I would not have the patience for that! XD
However, shouldn't this be tagged NSFW on account of the nudity?
But man, that is some seriously nice effects you have going on in the background. I have no idea how you did any of that with watercolor, I can't use water paints to save my life lol.
