Billionaire Bitcoin bull Tim Draper predicts that in five years, crypto will function as the dominant payment method and only criminals will use cash. Draper made the salacious statements while speaking with Fox Business on February 18. Draper said, “The criminals will still want to operate with cash because they catch everybody who is trying to use Bitcoin.” Draper's point of view is partially supported by an agent of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) who admitted that she prefers that people keep using cryptocurrencies since blockchain provides an excellent way for tracking and identifying criminals. Draper also told the interviewer that he thinks his money in the bank is less secure than his funds in Bitcoin as his bank is “constantly under a hack attack” and to date, not one person has been able to hack Bitcoin’s blockchain.
