According to the official document published by the court on Friday ; Gonzalo Curiel, the #California Southern District Court judge, stated that #Zamfir was unable to prove his claim that irreparable damage would be incurred in the absence of this measure.
In the court document, it was stated that the delay of Zamfir's application for an injunction to the court for not using the name Casper in the trademark also had an effect:
"Waiting until less than a week before the CasperLabs network is launched and its affiliate's token sale begins does not indicate, in our court, that Zamfir could suffer irreparable damage."
