LA MENTA: Esta planta es muy importante en lo que se refiere a la parte saludable, esta compuesta por ácido ascórdio, mentol y tinol. esos compuestos funcionan como descongestionan tes cuando se presenta la tos. asma, gripe, diarrea, gases y colitis. Sobre todo es muy bueno para las vías respiratorias.
EL ROMERO: Es una planta que presenta hojas delgadas, y aromáticas, tiene tallo leñoso entre 1 y 2 mts de altura.
Se ha utilizado tradicionalmente para ayudar a aliviar el dolor muscular, mejorar la memoria ya que es usado frecuentes en el tratamiento de enfermedades como el cancer y el alzhéimer por su poder de antioxidante.
