Buenas, espero estén, un grana abrazo desde la distancia amigos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes , una sabrosa y económica receta de asado de berenjena, espero la disfruten cuando la hagan y la saboreen.
Ingrediente:
5 Berenjena chicas bien delgadas
Harina de soya u otra clase
4 Tomates grandes
1 Cebolla grande
5 dientes de ajos
Ajo porro
Salsa de soya
Queso blanco rayado
Migas de Corn Flakes
Preparación:
Remoje la berenjena con agua con sal por media hora. Fría las ruedas de berenjena envueltas de harinas de soya.
prepare una salsa, licue los ingredientes, cocine hasta que espece. Coloque en un molde engrasado una capa de berenjena, salsa y queso hasta terminar con Con Flakes-Hornee a 350º por 40 min.
Espero la disfruten queda deliciosa.
