En el momento que la virgen presenta al niño Jesús a los pastores y magos, ellos mismos al adorar al niño ella recibe adoraciones también por haber recibido al salvador en su vientre.
También tenemos el caso del sacerdote simeon cuando adoro al niño Jesús en los brazos de Maria al presentarlo en el templo.
Por tal motivo en la iglesia se le da su puesto ya que la consideramos como abogada, Auxiliadora, protectora mediadora.
