a veces en la vida nos sentimos presionados por la variedad de problemas que se nos presentan y pues debemos enfrentar esos problemas de manera calmada y ser muy inteligentes, sostenerlos para que no nos dañen y luego solucionar el problema ya que en la vida no debemos preocuparnos sino ocuparnos, les dejare esta imagen como ejemplo
