ALBÓNDIGAS ESPAÑOLAS

Todo lo bueno es rico y delicioso cuando hay hambre se prepara algo especial, y no te sale tan caro es simplemente económico sigue mis consejos.

INGREDIENTES:

2 Taza de carne vegetal molida

1/2 Taza de harina de maíz

2 Taza de agua

2 Tomates picados

1 Huevo

1 Pimentón picado

1 Cucharada de aceite

1 Cucharada de sal

1 Cucharada de harina de trigo

Salsa de tomate

PREPARACIÓN:

Mezcle los ingredientes y cocine por 29 minutos, déjelos reposar, forme las albóndigas para luego colocar en una fuente y hornee por 20 min a fuego moderado.

Cubra con salsa de tomates o salsa preferida.
