SOPA DE QUINCHONCHOS VERDES

Rico el plato que les traigo hoy es muy delicioso, en Venezuela se como en navidad, Les dejo los ingredientes y su preparación:

INGREDIENTES:

1/2 kilo de quinchonchos verdes

6 tazas de agua

1 taza de sofrito

1 taza de arroz

1/2 kilo de papas partidas

1/2 kilo de auyama partida

11/2 cucharada de sal

PREPARACIÓN:

Cocine los quinchonchos a fuego lento, cuando esten blandos añada el sofrito, el arroz , la auyama y las papas.

Sazone y deje hervir, baje el fuego y cocine hasta que el arroz este blando.

Retire del fuego y sirva caliente.
