Teddy had his first acupuncture and laser therapy session with the new vet tonight.
He handled it really well and she was able to do more than we had expected Teddy would be able to cope with. She was able to insert 6 pins in total and activated the other pressure points using laser. This improves the blood flow through the injured area.

Hiding his face.
Lynton @moderndragon kept him steady for the session.
We talked about therapy going forward. He'll stay on his anti- inflammatory medicine for now. If we change too much we won't know what's making a difference.
I also mentioned the Assisi Loop and the vet said magnetic therapy is something that cats either love or hate and we should look into getting a magnetic mat instead because they are significantly less expensive in case Teddy doesn't like it. The magnets react to the hemoglobin in the blood to increase bloodflow to the injury sight.
We'll do that a bit later. For now he's going back again next week again for another session.
He seems to be doing well and happy to be home.
