Scratcher is the only girl? That makes it easy to prevent any oopsies. :)
When my first cat, Butterscotch, had his done it was a while in between him being old enough and us getting it done, since we had moved across country and such around then. So he had this one toy he took out all his affections on that we called "the bopper toy." On the day he went to the vet, my mom was soooooo happy to throw that toy in the trash. Even washing it had not been sufficient. 😂
