Added a new family member a couple weeks ago. My son's cat had kittens and out of that batch came this amazingly beautiful little fellow. My grandson wanted to keep him but they already have two cats. I knew the minute I saw him I wouldn't be able to resist him either, he's so unusual in his markings. He actually isn't as pure white as shown, it's like that mix of orange gave it more of a cream color white. What's unusual is how his markings came out, his ears came out orange, he has some light orange around his nose area, a dab of orange on his paws and a orange tiger stripped tail....It's almost like you'd see someone detail a picture with just the right amount of distribution at each focal point without having gotten any on the white. The weirdest thing is he has extremely light baby blue eyes, it gives him that offset mysterious look you see with celebs like Wonder Woman's Linda Carter's eyes or Kirstie Alley's. They are so light you can't see them in the dark so he looks like he has dark brown eyes.

Now that he's gotten use to the place he can be a handful but aren't all males...lol. When he first got here he shivered in fear for the most part. He wasn't use to such a huge place to roam, he wasn't use to stairs because they don't have any where he lived, just overcoming the fear of the steps was a challenge for him not to mention that to him this was the house of giants. I have another cat that's almost twenty years old, she's not taking to kindly to having a young whipper snapper around. She is a long haired calico mixed with some Chinese so she definitively has her mean streak, she didn't get the nickname snippy by coincidence and she's added a few of the grandkids to her badge sending them off in tears. Not that there weren't any warnings but sometimes you have to learn the hard way. Their big game with her is taking a string or old scarf and dangling it under the bed then giggling like crazy when she snaps at it. To them she's like a mini mountain lion and they found a way to play with her without getting snipped.

Then there's the dog, a rather large yellow lab that took him better of two weeks to figure out that he was the least of his worries versus getting near snippy. Once he figured out the dog didn't want to eat him he's now at the point of getting brave enough to consider playing with that tail wagging about.

His big thing the last few days has been exploring ways to get at the fish in the aquarium. He was quite taken aback by the aquarium. That bewildered looked on his face when he first spotted them swimming around, he jumps onto a table sitting by the aquarium with plants on it, crouching down he stares at them then jumps down like he can't trust this....how do you deal with oversized fish and a giant frog....he's still trying to figure that one out.
