Greetings, travelers!
Today has been a day of taking care of myself, my dear cats and my living space. After a busy weekend, I worked a bit for the architectural office remotely, and also reviewed and made plans with my friend and partner Paulin in a new business were starting together. A really productive day from hone after a work-filled weekend.
It was early this morning when I noticed ma beautiful boy Lindo laying down in my (or his?) bed. It really moves me how he starts breathing more deeply and intensely when I start to give him cuddles, and today it made me conscious to also breath in profoundly, and breath out completely.
You've probably heard about mindfulness, and one of the simplest ways to start practicing it is by noticing how you breath and doing it consciously for a few repetitions and/or during a limited and pre-stablished period of time. I suggest you to try it, maybe it really helps you to calm down.
