Happy Saturday or Caturday to fellow cat lovers. I would like to show some photos of our cats. They are not officially ours because they started as cat visitors only until they loved to settle here. It was the mother cat who happened to had visited our house when she was still a kitten. Very agile and it is hard to catch and cuddle her. We then fed her whenever we are available next thing we know she is already grown up and after a few months she is pregnant.
The mother cat gave birth to three kittens and only one survived. We found out about the birth when we heard small voices from our vacant room at the back. We put our odds and ends there so we never visit that room on a regular basis. They started out as three cute kitties and when we came back to feed them there is only one left and that is the one shown here. We have no idea what happened to the other two. Can you guess what they are doing on the photo? I was too careful not to disturb them but...
the mother cat noticed me see how she looked into the camera on this photo. Although they are not officially ours, it feels like they found safety and home here with us. The little one thinks he belongs here and this is his home and he never goes anywhere but here. Unlike the mother cat who leaves and comes back to eat. We are happy the small one stays with us no matter what.
Here is a collage I made about the mother and baby bonding moments. They are such a joy to watch as they play, do some little wrestling, cuddle, lick their paws and so on.
