CBD...How Legal Is It?

so the raiding of cannabis farms after the 2014 farm bill legalizing industrial hemp, is legal.
You have to understand industrial hemp is NOT cannabis, they are 2 different crops.
Also CBD is legal becuase of the 2018 farm bill that made industrial hemp legal nationwide.
The CBD from Hemp is NOT the CBD from cannabis. The CBD from cannabis has THC.
So CBD for medical through hemp is legal. CBD to get you HIGH is only legal in states that have legalized it.

You need to learn the whole issue.

Also on the Vape industry you are wrong. Big Tobacco as you call it, invested Billions in buying a stake in JUUL. In fact one of their executives is running JUUL right now trying to save it. Your beloved THC in vape form caused all the deaths and the downfall of the industry. If Vaping had stayed only Nicotine it would still be as big and as popular as ever.

The largest HEMP CBD company is here in Colorado and anyone can start a CBD company quite easily. The large money is coming from Canada and a lot of our early cannabis/hemp business people are cashing out huge.
No matter how big an industry there is always room for small start ups if you don't believe that take your socialism to Europe.

I appreciate you weighing in here, believe me I'm for deregulation of a lot more than just cannabis, which by definition can be hemp or marijuana by the way smarty pants.

As for JUUL and Big Tobacco, why do you think they snuffed out all the small businesses by lobbying a $1,000,000 application process to get FDA approval? I think you were so hell bent on arguing, you didn't realize we on the same side my brother. Appreciate your input though.
