My entry. I am not sure if I can still join or keep hosting. Your account is very hard to load because of the background. Leaving the link behind takes me hours of trying at times days. It is frustrating.

My internet is way to slow and steempeak will stop at the end of March.

I will change the contest and add we care about commenting just like we did before and during commentcoin. If we would read others we could invite them. With others I mean those who are new and not once been a ccc member.
I think about hosting a new contest. Perhaps let it run longer if posting is an issue.

I am considering a new rewards/give-away method:

Rewards are based on the earnings of each post - from what I get from 50% of payout / rewards claimed for each post to 100% or even more depending on the participation.
Rewards are accumulated but not released until there are at least 6 active participants. <<< please see updated rewards plan as it evolves.

What I am trying to do is to grow the #ccc community and increase participation in ALL #ccc activities. IF anyone have a better way, please show me - don't just tell me.

Le vuelvo a escribir lo mismo. Pienso que su forma de distribución de premios está bien pero déjelo para después que tengamos más personas escribiendo.

Po favor llame la tención de los usuarios primero colocando los premios a dar en forma visible. Como por ejemplo:

Primer premio: 15 steem.
segundo premio: 10 steem
tercer premio: 5 steem.

Esto llamará la atención de los participantes y volverán a publicar y luego si quiere puede agregar lo que usted quiera.
De otra manera es más de lo mismo y ninguno de los invitados viene a escribir.
Considere por favor la manera de dar los premios y entonces reanudamos las invitaciones.

Greetings, I already left a comment in the previous answer that he sent me.
I write the same thing again. I think their way of distributing the prizes is fine but leave it for later so that we have more people writing.
Please call the users' attention first by placing the prizes to be given in a visible way. For example:
First prize: 15 steem.
second prize: 10 steem
third prize: 5 steem.
This will catch the attention of the participants and they will post again and then if you want you can add whatever you want.
Otherwise it is more of the same and none of the guests come to write.
Please consider the way to give the prizes and then we reboot the invitations.

The purpose of #ccc is to build a community and the contest/give-away is to encourage people to join and engage.

I am still looking for input and suggestions from anyone. I have not decided how to split the accumulated rewards and the total to be given out is in each week's post.

I just checked the prices of STEEM, TRX, and SBD and have now decided to not distribute the rewards until the accumulated rewards for each "contestant" and participants have reached a meaningful value AND that the value is at or near its peak IMHO.
Since this is more of a giveaway, I can set my own rules of sharing the rewards that each of my posts have received * (times) a percentage of 33% minimum to over 100% (which means I am contributing to the rewards pool from my own pocket).

Why am I doing this? I hope that when the rewards are finally distributed, it could be a significant sum for a few #ccc members new or old!

But, the goal remains the same - I want to grow the #ccc community and increase engagement within the #ccc community. This will certainly mean more work and efforts for all involved and for me to track and post the accumulated rewards but it will be worth it.

Ready, set? Join us and ENGAGE (as Captain Kirk would say).

Creo que no nos entendemos. Porque ahora existen muchos concursos aquí y tienen expuesto al público los distintos premios que ganarán al concursar. Eso es llamativo al usuario.
Estoy hablando de mi creyendo que muchas personas pueden ser iguales a mi.
Estoy regresando y ahora busco lugares donde participar con mis plantas o con mi escritura y que yo lea los premios que ofrecen, así participo para aumentar mis ingresos y poder hacer el power up.
Creo que mucha gente hace esto. Es divertido escribir pero para que otros vengan hay que hacer cambios.

I don't think we understand each other. Because now there are many competitions here and they have exposed to the public the different prizes that they will win when they compete. That is striking to the user.
I am talking about me believing that many people can be equal to me.
I am returning and now I am looking for places to participate with my plants or with my writing and for me to read the prizes they offer, so I participate to increase my income and be able to do the power up.
I think a lot of people do this. It is fun to write but for others to come you have to make changes.

I only need people to understand the power or long-term participation and engagement and to reap the rewards of the current bull market in STEEM, SBD, and TRX - hence, I will keep the rewards for each participant and not distribute them until it will make a substantial impact. This means more work for all of us but the results will be dramatic - perhaps life-changing?!!

Amigo es que no me preocupa si yo recibo o no la recompensa. No me puedo hacer entender con lo que escribo. Lo que me preocupa es que no puedo invitar a otras personas porque ellas no quieren venir.
Yo puedo venir y también escribir pero no puedo hacer nada para que vengan y se unan a nosotros. Entonces si no puedo hacer que vengan como vengo yo a escribir?
Vendré a escribir pero no me culpe si ellos no vienen por favor.

That account has accumulated quite a bit of SP (which I am converting to STEEM by powering down), SBD and TRX.

I am sure that you can check the progress and the balances.

I am suggesting that you use a similar way to encourage participation - perhaps payout just before Christmas or end of the year in one lump sum?

I am glad the community account grew if it comes to SP.

I hope you are not going to power all SP down since there's a large sum of Steem too.

To all previous, current, and future/potential participants of #ccc and it's activities:
The BTC bull run is well on its way and the Alt-coin season is starting and has started for some already! With so few participants - usually 1 to 3 - I could choose to give up (I have not posted for a few / many weeks wondering if this #ccc community is worth my time and efforts) or to give it a boost by using a reward scheme that will carry a big enough impact. No more giving 1, 2, or more SBI - that has not worked and will not any more. So, the current plan is to accumulate all rewards PLUS my personal contributions based on new member growth and to those who helped so that at the end of the bull run / Alt-coin season / Christmas - New Years day - whichever comes first, I'll give out the "pot of crypto's" and perhaps more that is other than SBD, STEEM, or TRX!
