I am a herbalists mom, thats what my children call me. Whenever someone in my family, hubby, 4 daughters and 4 sons not feeling well, I first administered herbal medicine after 1day if nothing happens that's the time I'll see the doctor. Here is my tested natural medicine...
For colds and cough to be taken on the first sign like sneezing...
Biotron in liquid form, sublingual, 10drops or more under the tonque 3x a day. Even newly born just like my grandsons and granddaughters. This liquid is made from volcanic ash. Also tested for high creatinine count.

Same time I foot massage them. I studied massage theraphy in 2006, it helps.

When someone have a fever I let them brush their teeth first and gargle warm water with half teaspoon of rock salt clear out germs in the mouth. Then, Iet them drink activated charcoal tea.

EENT - for the eyes especially good for strained eyes from gadgets. I placed 1 drop each eye upon waking up.

For UTI, drinking coconut water first thing in the morning alleviates my painful urinating.I avoided all ice tea.

For my arthritis this Golden Cup Balm made in Thailand I bought at the mall, is soothing and take away the pain of my knees, hands and feet. Good also for bloated stomach and backpains. The ingredients are methyl salicylate, camphor, menthol, peppermint oil and clove oil.

Papaya leaves helped increase the platelet of my grandson with dengue fever. We just followed the instruction in YouTube.

To increase the potassium of hubby who take medicine for his water retention of his legs. I let him eat bananas.

Tawa tawa the name of this weeds if available our first choice for dengue. My granddaughter when she was 2yrs old take the concoction.

Gynura Procombens our maintenance for blood sugar and high cholesterol. Very effective in tooth ache after eating 10minutes ache gone. Can be cooked as vegetable either sautee or soup. I already blog about this.

Occasionally if this is available at the mall this is my first choice of fruit to eat good source of potassuim. We call this Suha.

This is activated charcoal powder anywhere we go I bring this along. I used this for Constipation or when stomach is bloated, I adminitered warm tea through enema. One time my grandson havn't moved his vowel for 6 days, he was 7 yrs old that time. My son was so worried already he asked me what to do first before going to the doctor. I right away prepared activated charcoal tea and let the liquid pass tru enema, in just 1 minute all vowel moved out, ho my the smell. Outright my grandson was well again and lessoned him to take more water daily.

Also best for acidic stomach, kidney cleanser and foul smell feet, also with the shoes. Just place inside the shoes, it will absorb the smell.

This are all my first hand experienced in terms of home remedies.
