"WHAT DOES TODAY 07/31/2019 MEAN TO ME? #ccc 2.07

Hello everybody,

Today, last day of the month, July 31, 2019, a Wednesday. I woke up late, past 9:am already and still sleepy, hehehe. I did not cook but instead just bought pack food consisting of fried dried fish, sunny side up egg and 1 cup rice but I ordered extra rice, from our neighbors store just next to our rented house.

After breakfast, while still stomach full, as usual clicked clicked sites for free satoshi, free doge, upvoted answers at Masmic, commented FB threads,
checked Instagram, visit Telegram, checked notifications in Partiko, checked other gc's like the YouTube sub to sub group and replied some chats and tx.

Every meal that's my usual routine for I can't move and move about 30mins when stomach is full because of my pancreas. It started when I was hospitalized because of pancreatitis in 2007. When for how many days I suffered from constipation then my daughter invited me to lunch at a resto where you can eat all you can. Really heavy lunch. Boom, I vomited and vomited that night. Admitted at the emergency Hospital.

At past 1pm a client called Hubby, that they need his service of his Soil Boring Test for a 3storey building, closed the deal, so, tommorrow our crew will be deploy to area at Mandaue City. We ready ourselves then proceed to the mall to buy provisions for the said project. Took our lunch past 3:pm. Oh, oh, sadness fast food again at Jollibee, I just chose Palabok with mo chicken, no drinks just plain water with ice.

I took off the meat and shrimp, gave it to hubby.

While eating one of my daughter called from Olongapo City asking if our weather here in Cebu Island was fine because there it rained hard and the wind blew strong angrily. I answered so far we have a really fine weather not hot and no rain.
Told her to take care and need to take Moringa juice to fight colds.

At the mall I on the Actifit App which I just downloaded 3 days ago. The problem I still do not know how to post it here or to be included on my post just what I read like @marblely's.

We went home late just before the mall closes.
