In Cienfuegos, Cuba, I had the chance to try authentic Cuban farmhouse cuisine and discovered that locals grow a wide variety of vegetables. The restaurant, with its stunning scenery, reminded me of Jinfo Mountain in Chongqing. The dishes were all-natural and free of additives. Although they appeared a bit rustic, the taste was quite good. This trip to Cuba feels very off the beaten path. Despite the 24-hour flight, it has truly been a mind-opening experience.
