Second dose vaccine.

Since a few people were confused about me saying 65+ should get a second coronavirus vaccine dose.

I suppose this got lost in the news cycle at the time. ACIP voted back in October for a second dose for 65+ and immunocompromised six months after the first.

For everyone else, one dose of the new vaccines is enough.

I can't predict the future, so I'm not sure how a RFK/Weldon/Makary run health agency will handle future coronavirus vaccine updates. But the CDC/FDA seem inclined to continue annual strain updates similar to how we approach flu vaccines.
