If you become infected, stay home while sick. Once your symptoms are improving and you no longer have a fever for at least a day, you can return to normal activities. But you should wear a mask and take other precautions for the next 5 days.
If you never develop symptoms, you don't have to stay home. But again wear masks for the next 5 days since you tested positive.
Also again a reminder that people 65 and older can get an additional booster of the new updated coronavirus vaccine at least 4 months from their previous dose. So this age group should have two doses of the new coronavirus vaccine. Everyone else should get one dose of the new coronavirus vaccine if they haven't already.
