CeBIT Opening - Japan, Robots, Merkel and maybe BlockchainsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hello fellow Steemians, Blockchain and Technology Fans,

finally I arrived in my 18th consecutive year at CeBIT - the biggest global trade show for technology in Hanover. When I have been here for the first time it was so HUUUUUGE - 27 halls full of all tech trends - nowadays more and more halls are not used anymore - but CEBIT is still the show to be - nowadays mainly for B2B Technology.

The opening ceremony is taking place right now! Live some robotics performance on stage.

It is great to have Japan as official partner country - finally a real tech innovation driving country - just watched the Hitachi CEO - brilliant! One always says Japanese people do not want to shout how great they are - unlike the US Americans - but he was not bad at all using this as platform for marketing.

Live Stream is here: http://www.cebit.de/en/exhibition/media-library/livestream/livestream-welcome-night.xhtml

Topics like Blockchain are not the key ones but they finally arrive and  I will visit some of the exhibitors specialised there - there is also a Digital Summit covering Blockchain and its importance for the future. I will report back if I find out and learn anything exciting :-). The two main ones to visit seem to be Bitwala and Faizod.

Hope still to meet some of you guys - let me know if you are here. I will check the two above at least - anyone talking / working with them?

faizod is a solution and service provider for the Blockchain technology as well as modern enterprise software solutions. Professionalism, effectiveness, and innovation have always been the core competencies of faizod on software projects of all sizes and industries.

Based in Berlin, Bitwala is the smartest way to send money internationally easily, cheap and fast. Launched in early-2015, the German company has surpassed 2 Million Euros in transaction volume and has collected over 2000 customers across Africa, Asia and Europe. Bitwala is offering 11 different currencies, a bitcoin debit card and business accounts for users with and without bank accounts

Wow. Looks great @uwelang!

What you mean @kus-knee - the Angel Bone Lady, the Japanese partnership, the event, the post :-)? Where would you throw the bones towards? I know some German fellows that would love to use bones as drum sticks and kick out Angela from Germany - but might be no educated solution :-) - thanks for the visit my friend!

I'd love to get there again. My last time was about 1989 :) I like seeing all the new technology. Have fun and keep us updated

I will update you for sure - tomorrow talking to some of my clients mainly in B2B Tech but checking the Blockchain boys on Tuesday probably!

Uwe, you are a genius!

why me :-)?

Because of the brilliant idea to report live from such event on Steemit (if nothing else)! :))

ok - what else can I do alone in the city :-)!?

oh man, don't push it - you know I have a lot of ideas ;) :))

tell me :-) @ana-maria

Oh, no, no, no - you are not going to lure me on thin ice ;) dear @uwelang

I would have to downvote this normally - but as we know each other since years... I just stay sad :-)

Some I know would love to see live our own chancellor - some call her "Die Irre aus einer gewissen Mark :-)" #deutsch

Live Madame Merkel :-)

NOW speaking - the prime minister of Japan!

was gibt es Neues auf der cebit?
blockchain topics, steem?!

Heute einiges an AI und Robots gesehn, Blockchain checke ich morgen und werde berichten

hört sich interessant an. Wenn es zu blockchain interessante Themen, Firmen, Menschen gibt wäre super interessant.
