Its been a while since my last post and as we all know this month is #March. Aside from being known as the last month of school days, March is also considered as the #GraduationMonth and the end of the agony and sacrifices of graduating students in all levels of school. #LOL

To be specific, I dedicate this blog to all college graduating students of all courses. After graduation our life as a college student ends but the real challenge to be one of the working professional also begins.

Applying a job is not that easy as you think because the level of competency is very high and you should be ready and competitive enough to land a job regardless of what profession you are applying for.

Answer:

As a fresher, I don't have any experience. But I am enthusiastic,hard-working and quick learner person. Depending on the situation I can work as a team player or individually in collaboration. I have a good theoretical knowledge, if you give me a chance then I will use it to gain practical knowledge. I believe that our organization very good platform to develop my skills.

As a fresher, I would like to start my career in a reputed company where I can explore myself. And your company is one of the best-reputed companies where there is a lot of scopes to work and explore myself. So I want to work at your company.

Yes, Definitely. In fact, I believe little pressure is necessary to improve our performance. But too much pressure reduces our efficiency.

As of now, I haven’t thought much about it.Right now, I’m more focused on learning the requirements for this position that I am applying for.

Are you willing to travel?

Answer:

Yes. I love traveling. Adjusting in new places and meeting new people would be a delightful experience for me.

Don’t you think you are overqualified for this work?

Answer:

No, I am not.
Actually, I am underqualified.
I will learn lots of things from my seniors and juniors if there is field work I will learn from our labor friends.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

Answer:

My failure is inspiration for me because in each and every step they teach me a profound lesson. Though my parents and friends support me but they do only to some extent because am leading my own life with up and downs.

Have you considered starting your own business?

Answer:

Yes, I had many ideas to start a business but I have no experience in that field so I decided to work on your company first for gather some information about business and in future I wish to start the business.

One thing I can apply now that 'there is no any shortcut of success, it means we have to do hard work for success.

Answer:

Everybody wants to work in reputed company. It's very good company and environment is very good and employees feel free to work here and I want to learn more things and I want to be a part of this fast growing reputed company.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?

Answer:

In five years, I see myself having more understanding about this company. I like to work with people so I would like to see myself on managerial post applying my people's skill and knowledge for the growth of this company.

What kind of decisions do you find most difficult to take?

Answer:

The toughest decision is to continue my study or pull back. When once my result get negative then I thought either to continue or not. And the decision what I took I think you know. Yes sir, I choose to continue my studies and because of that decision I'm seating in front of you.

Are you willing to travel or relocate if necessary?

Answer:

Yes, of course. It will give a chance to meet new people and I will know how to deal with people from different cultures. It improves my communication skills.
